Cancellation & Refund Policy

Introduction

Yupaymnthub Private Limited provides digital financial services, software solutions, API integrations, onboarding services, merchant services, and related technology products.

1. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

• ID Activation Charges
• Subscription Fees
• Onboarding Charges
• Software License Fees
• White Label Setup Charges
• API Integration Charges
• Merchant Registration Charges
• Verification and KYC Charges
• Processing Fees
• Platform Usage Charges
• GST and other applicable taxes

2. Service Activation

Once a service, software, API, merchant account, user ID, dashboard access, or any digital product has been activated, configured, delivered, or access credentials have been issued, no refund shall be provided.

3. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If a customer chooses to discontinue, cancel, suspend, or stop using any service after activation, no refund, whether partial or full, shall be issued.

4. Service-Specific Compliance and Certification Requirements

If a customer requests activation or access to any particular service, the customer must fulfill all documents, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, certifications, registrations, and verification conditions applicable to that specific service.

If the documents, information, certifications, eligibility, or compliance requirements submitted by the customer do not meet the applicable requirements of Yupaymnthub Private Limited, its banking partners, payment gateways, technology partners, regulatory authorities, or other third-party service providers, and the service activation or verification is consequently rejected, declined, suspended, or not approved, such rejection shall be considered attributable to the customer's non-compliance or failure to meet the required criteria.

In such cases, the customer shall not be eligible for any refund of the amount paid towards activation, onboarding, verification, certification, processing, subscription, software, API integration, merchant registration, or any other related service charges.

The Company shall not be liable for any refund where service activation or certification cannot be completed due to the customer's failure to satisfy the applicable service-specific compliance, documentation, certification, or eligibility requirements.

5. KYC and Compliance Rejection

No refund will be provided if service activation is delayed, rejected, suspended, or terminated due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete documents submitted by the customer
• Failure of KYC verification
• Failure to meet service-specific compliance requirements
• Failure to provide required certifications or registrations
• Failure to meet eligibility criteria applicable to a particular service
• Regulatory or compliance issues attributable to the customer
• Violation of company policies
• False, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the customer
• Any discrepancy or mismatch in the information or documents submitted by the customer

6. Third-Party Services

Yupaymnthub Private Limited may utilize third-party banking, payment gateway, verification, KYC, compliance, and technology service providers.

Any charges paid towards such third-party services, verification, certification, processing, or related services are non-refundable, including where the third-party service provider rejects or declines the customer's application, verification, or activation due to the customer's failure to meet the applicable requirements.

7. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests, if any, shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of the management of Yupaymnthub Private Limited.

Any refund approved as an exceptional case shall be subject to the Company's applicable terms and conditions. The decision of the Company shall be final, subject to applicable law.
